Outfit: Born to Thrift

This is a very thrifty outfit post. Everything I am wearing was thrifted and I am in a thrift store, it doesn't get much thriftier. To tell you the truth, it wasn't planned, I realized it as I was writing in the outfit details. I think I was just born to thrift.
One of my goals was to take outfit photos in a thrift store, and I finally worked up the courage to do it. Plus, there wasn't a whole lot of people in there, so that helped. I want to be more adventurous with my photo taking. I have become a lot more comfortable doing things like this in public and I think Dominick has too.
Whenever I go to "regular" stores I feel like I am wasting money. I don't feel this way with tights and necessities, mostly with dresses, shoes, and shirts. I just know that there is a cheaper and better version waiting for me at a thrift store.

I feel the same way about shopping at "regular" stores. The thrifted items in my closet are almost always my favorites. They're environmentally-friendly, unique and less expensive—doesn't get any better than that!

Plus, I think thrifting is much more conducive to experimentation. You can change up your wardrobe more often since you aren't spending so much dough. All-around awesomeness.

I'd like to try to be more adventurous with photo taking and thrift shopping as well. I'm new to thrifting but have wanted to for yeeears. Do you have any tips for new thrifters? Perhaps some ideas on GOOD prices for certain items when you see them? Sometimes I wonder if things are over-priced or not...I get overwhelmed!
