I love this friendship pencils DIY! It takes me back to middle school, when making embroidery bracelets was my life.

I need to make a sweatshirt like this! It looks so cozy, and way more expensive than it was for her to make!

I have always wanted to make my own soap. I love scented soaps but I break out in a rash because of the chemicals used in most good smelling soaps. This DIY might just be simple enough for me!

This floating shelf DIY is amazing. It makes me excited for my future home, I am going to build everything....well maybe i'll have some help..

I have a deep rooted love for terrariums (See what I did there?). This woodland terrarium DIY is so lovely.

Outfit: All You Knee-d Is Love

Here is what I wore on Valentine's Day! I was super excited to get these tights and this dress around the same time. They make the perfect love day combo!

This dress is so super comfy! I was a bit nervous about it because I usually stay away from wearing red. I have always had acne and I feel like it makes my face look more red than it already is. My acne has cleared up quite a bit since I've been out of high school, so I thought I'd brave the color. I ended up loving it, and I love it even more looking at these photos.

Also, my coat came in the mail! I am absolutely in love with it and I am so glad I caught it on sale.

I got so many compliments on these tights. The lady at the MAC counter was my first compliment, I was so happy because she was super cute. I was so close to buying the Betty (from the Archie comics!) eye shadow palette..I am such a sucker for packaging.

Dominick and I went out to eat for Valentine's Day and shopped a bit. Then, the next day, we went and saw freaking BAD BOOKS! Oh my goodness it was amazing! They came to town with Weatherbox and The Front Bottoms. We had a blast. Dominick and Kevin Devine made eye contact for a solid 10 seconds, I thought he was going to faint. It was great.

GlossyBox Review/Unboxing

GlossyBox sent me January's Man Repeller box to review! I was so excited because I have heard such wonderful things about the GlossyBox subscription. So, enjoy a slightly less awkward video this time. I hope to one day be completely comfortable on camera.

So far, I really like all of the products, except of course the red lipstick. Although, it feels really nice, the color is just awful. I really love the Le Metier De Beaute lotion, but I looked up the full size price and holy cow! It costs over $200! Yikes! I still think the perfume smells like an old woman. I do really like the Potion 9, though. It makes my hair feel so soft and wonderful.

Valentines Snow Globe DIY

I wanted to make Dominick something cute for Valentines Day so I searched around the internet for ideas. When I came across a few snow glove DIYs, I came up with the idea to make a cute one with a photo of us inside. It turned out to be a tad harder than I expected, but I like the way it ended up.

Materials:

Mason jar, glitter, heart shaped glitter confetti, photo, plastic lunch bag, fabric, and water!

Basically, I put a photo in a plastic lunch bag and submerged it in glitter filled water. I made sure that the part of the bag that opens stayed on the outside of the lid, so it would be sealed when I screwed it on. Then I put fabric over top of it to hide it. 

Dominick and I have this horrible habit of always exchanging gifts early. We just cannot wait. He really liked this snow globe. I also got him a keyboard case for his new tablet, and a lemon scented candle! He got me a freaking 3DS! He says it was an extension from Christmas because that is what he really wanted to get me. I feel so hip now, street passing people and what not.

This vintage button necklace DIY is so cool looking. It reminds me of Steampunk jewelry. I discovered a new love for Steampunk after going to the anime convention a couple weeks ago.

These Instagram photo cubes are super cute. I love all of her photos as well.

This Valentine's Day banner is so lovely. I would like to make one that says "love doves."

A skinny tie DIY?! I am going to have to make this for Dominick. It is so hard to find skinny ties!
