Outfit: Collared Deer Sweater Goodness

Let me start off by saying that this sweater is the best. It is so comfy and warm, and it has the best print and collar.
I bought this bag from Target online and let me tell you, it looked brown in the photos. I was pretty upset when I received an orange bag in the mail, but now I am beginning to like it. I can't decide if I should keep it or not, especially since now the bag is on sale and if I return it I might only get the sale price as a refund.
Sweater- c/o Chicwish
Polka dot pants- Rue 21
Dr. Martens- Christmas gift
Orange satchel- Target
Hat- F21
Gloves- Handmade by Laura

The weather has been so weird. All of my morning classes were cancelled due to icy conditions, then later it got up to 50 degrees. This is where I am supposed to make a comment about Michigan and how odd the weather is.
This is me in my natural state: creepy face next to a Jimmy John's cup.

Stuff I Luff #52

I am so extremely tempted to buy this Bartman sweater.

All of the prints in this shop are so so lovely.
I bet this denim skater skirt would be really cute with a peter pan collar top and some thigh highs.

How cool is this chevron cutting board? This would be such an adorable wedding gift.

This dress would be so fantastic to wear on a vacation. It has toucans and what appears to be cocktails on it, amazing.

DIY Ideas

I really love this studded flag DIY. I think it just might be one of my favorite DIY's that I have found so far.

Eeep! This is such a good idea! Think of all the animal possibilities!

This coil bowl DIY looks really cool. They would make really good gifts.

Oh man, I really really like this DIY. This would be so much easier than wall paper, and you still get your patterned wall.

Okay guys, this is seriously adorable. This DIY solves that problem where your ponytail hurts your head when it pushes against your pillow or chair. Genius!

Oh how I love fake taxidermy. I am really digging this glitter taxidermy DIY.

Happy crafting!

Ohayocon (the Shops!)

There were so many shops at Ohayocon. I was definitely overwhelmed. I did meet a few super nice shop owners though.

This is Kelly and Joe of Jellykoe. Isn't the name of their shop so cute? I didn't realize at first that it is their names mashed together. They sell cute handmade monster items.
I actually bought that white guy in the top right corner for my sister.
I mean how could you not love these guys? I had a real hard time not buying that pink narwal.
I also bought a print. I cannot wait to frame it!

I thought this girl was just the coolest. Her shop is called Emily Antoinette, which I quite like. It sounds so eloquent.
I bought the Doll Show print on the bottom left. I have been collecting art for some sort of inspiration board or wall art collage.
I really wanted to buy everything. I love her style and how creepily pretty her ladies are.

I love getting to meet shop owners in person. I am most definitely going to go to some craft shows in the summer. Oh! I used this opportunity to hand out some of my business cards. It felt so cool to be able to trade business cards with them.

Ohayocon (the cosplays)

It has been quite quiet around here lately, but there is good reason for that! I went to Ohayocon! Amanda, Dominick, and I went on a long trip to Columbus, OH to partake in the cosplaying experience. Dominick was the camera man for the trip, so he really isn't in any of my photos...or should I say his photos...
I cosplayed as Saria from Zelda Ocarina of Time and Amanda cosplayed as Zelda from Skyward Sword.
I found another Saria!
Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service!
Eeep! Tuxedo Mask!
Amanda also cosplayed as Sophie from Howl's Moving Castle.
Oh look, it's Malon!

Have you ever cosplayed? Or been to a convention?

DIY Ideas

My friend, Amanda, showed me this adorable tutorial! Eeep! Look at his little face!

Make your own buttons! I love the robin's egg blue one she made.

Check out this awesome little tutorial for beginner knitters!

Eeep! This fox mug cozy DIY is adorable!

These clay owl brooches are lovely! I am not good with clay, but these look pretty simple.

Happy crafting!

January Glam Bag

I have finally subscribed to one of those make up samplers. It took me a while to decide which one I was going to try first. I figured I would give Glam Bag a go since I bought my mom Birchbox for Christmas. This is also a big moment for me because I made a unboxing...err...unbagging..video! Let me know what you think!
This is what the package looks like, it's pretty darn obnoxious.
This is what came in the package.
This moisturizing Argan oil is really nice. It made my hair feel so soft.
I love this stuff! It makes my hair so nicely textured.
I hate this color of nail polish. It makes my hands look like they belong to a witch. I am not planning on using this.
This body butter smells like tangerines, very strongly.
The inside of the bag has this pretty star pattern.

I'm not sure how to get the camera to focus on the products. Do any of you know if there is a setting you have to have it on or something? Welp, let me know what you guys think of the video. It is a tad awkward, but it will get better.

Do you get any beauty subscriptions?
