Dom was inspired by this post on tumblr to make pizza muffins and I thought it would be fun to share!
Ingredients:
Muffin Tins
Pepperonis (Or toppings of your choice)
Pam
Pizza dough
Mozzarella Cheese
Medium size bowl
Flour (Not pictured)
Make your dough! (And make sure you read the instructions!)
Spray your muffin tin with Pam.
Sprinkle flour into your muffin tin.
Line the tin with pizza dough. It may seem like you need a lot of dough, but you don't! Trust me, it rises.
Next up is pizza sauce!
Then Mozzarella!
Toppings are next!
Then tuck the insides away with more pizza dough. Make sure you poke holes in the top so the insides don't explode out! That happened to a couple of ours.
