Good Eats: Fruit Pizza

Fruit pizza is most definitely one of my favorite foods! It is absolutely delicious and it reminds me of summer. I begged my grandma to make it for my brother's birthday party, so she brought two huge platters! I talked with her about it and she told me how simple it is. Since I did not make it myself, I am going to give you the instructions that I got from my grandma.
Step One: Roll cookie dough as thin as possible on a pan, bake it, and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
Step Two: Take your cookie dough out of the fridge and let it get close to room temperature.
Step Three: Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of the cookie dough. (Like you would sauce with a regular pizza!)
Step Four: Cut up a bunch of fruit and sprinkle them on top.

Super easy! This would be perfect to bring to a party or make for a healthy dessert! I hope you enjoy this as much as me -and my sister- do!

Xo Chloe.

It looks so good wish I had some event to go to so I could make it! I remember doing something similar back in high school except with crescents as the crust and chopped up broccoli and cauliflower. We used a flavored cream cheese like onion or something but it was delicious!

Amazing. Such a simple but rad idea. Can't wait to give it a go this weekend. It's freezing in Australia so this will remind me of summer.

I LOVE fruit pizza. I've never had it on cookie dough though - interesting. We usually use the tubes of cresent roll dough or something, so it's like a flaky layer underneath. Going to try it with the cookie dough next time - is it just Sugar cookie mix or shortbread or something? Thanks!
