DIY Ideas

This mason jar to-go cup is so freaking genius.

Even though I have already figured out how to make a fabric bow, this tutorial shows how to do it better than I would. It is a bit neater than the way I do it.

Eeep! This mounted narwhal head is amazing. My sister Gwen, would love it.

These painted mason jar vases look so cute! Not only could they hold flowers, but pencils or markers! I just got a dozen mason jars for $4.99 at Salvation Army and I have been dying to use them.

I have noticed the geometric necklaces popping up everywhere, but they can be quite expensive. This shrink film geo necklace tutorial is awesome!

My blog buddy Laura transformed these shorts with bleach and some fabric!

I love that narwhal! I wonder if my boyfriend would let me put one up above our bed. I've got the most ridiculously large DIY board on Pinterest but my favourite place to find inspiration is craft books in charity shops, they always have the weirdest stuff in them! xo

Oh, thanks so much for posting the fabric bow DIY! I picked up a ton of really pretty vintage fabrics a few months ago and I've been wanting to make some bows ♥ I also anted to let you know that I nominated you for a Versatile Blogger Award. (You can read about it here: http://teatreevintage.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-versatile-blogger-award.html ) You may have done this before, and you are certainly not obligated to do it - but I sure hope you do!

Have a great weekend!
