Outfit: Hello, My Name is Chilly

It was so cold out this day! Sometimes I really wish I had a nice indoor location to take photos. Once we get an apartment, things will change. For now, I will brace the chilly weather with hats and hot Starbucks.
I read somewhere online that if you save a photo as a PNG file, the quality will be better when you shrink it down. So that's what I did this time. Do you see any difference?
My hair is getting ridiculous! The mullet is starting to show! I am so proud of myself for not chopping it all off yet.
Shirt- Borrowed from sis (Forever 21)
Cardigan, Bag- Target
Skirt- Christmas gift
Wooden brooch- c/o Bottle of Clouds
Tights- Joe Boxer
Oxfords- Ebay

I actually borrowed this bag from my sister as well as the shirt. We like to trade wardrobes from time to time. Anyways, this bag rules! I can fit everything I need in it! I will definitely do a "What's in my bag" post soon!

Xo Chloe.

i'm getting the same mullet thing going on only yours is doing it in a much cuter way. make mine do that please! and i LOVE that hat. i find myself wearing hats to cover my unruly pixie. and the pom ball on this one is just adorable. and that brooch! so cute. i can't believe it's so cold and you are so bundled up (i'm still in denial i'm in tights and a winter coat typing this right now!)

My goodness I love everything about this outfit, especially the little collar poking out and your awesome pink oxfords! I need to add more winter hats to my collection :) I completely agree on the inside place to take pictures, taking outfit shots in the winter is really miserable sometimes!
Hope you're having a great day!
