Ohayocon (the Shops!)

There were so many shops at Ohayocon. I was definitely overwhelmed. I did meet a few super nice shop owners though.

This is Kelly and Joe of Jellykoe. Isn't the name of their shop so cute? I didn't realize at first that it is their names mashed together. They sell cute handmade monster items.
I actually bought that white guy in the top right corner for my sister.
I mean how could you not love these guys? I had a real hard time not buying that pink narwal.
I also bought a print. I cannot wait to frame it!

I thought this girl was just the coolest. Her shop is called Emily Antoinette, which I quite like. It sounds so eloquent.
I bought the Doll Show print on the bottom left. I have been collecting art for some sort of inspiration board or wall art collage.
I really wanted to buy everything. I love her style and how creepily pretty her ladies are.

I love getting to meet shop owners in person. I am most definitely going to go to some craft shows in the summer. Oh! I used this opportunity to hand out some of my business cards. It felt so cool to be able to trade business cards with them.

BAH! I wanna go.

Also. Do you live in Ohio? I have always wanted to go to this, but it always falls on bad weekends for me. It's not far from where I still own a home :D (Like 2 hours..isn't far to me)

Anyhow - all the art looks adorable - I love the jellykoe stuff, I'll have to bookmark them. The art is great and very much something my husbadn and I would hang in our house.

I wish there were things like this around us! The closest would be in Toronto but I don't have a valid passport.

Those monsters from JellyKoe are the cutest!

Wow, this really looks like a great market- thing! We usually have those kinds of markets around christmas in Germany. Since I moved to the US three weeks ago I did not find any yet :(
