I am SOOO happy that it is garage sale, church sale, and estate sale season again! It really helps me save money because I still get that thrill of buying "new" things but for a wayyy cheaper price than retail.


Aren't these little salt and pepper shaker birds adorable?? I had to have them, and for only a quarter a piece, who wouldn't buy them?

I saw this bee/fly pouch and snatched it up. I love novelty prints like this. Also, who doesn't want a Backstreet Boys purse?? The color and style of the bag reminds me of Zenon (Shout out to little Raven!). The camping duffle bag was another find that I was beyond excited about. It matches my Herschel back pack and it was waaaaay cheaper.

I thrifted this purse a while back and it ended up in the depths of my closet. I would use it all the time if it was a tad bigger. I like to carry around my house with me.

The texture of this dress is a little weird, and honestly I really wish I couldn't feel it on my skin. It needs to be lined or something, or I just need to stop whining.

Yoko always hangs out nearby when I do outfit photos inside. She likes to be included in photos.

I shared that lamp on my instagram when we first  got it, but I am even more in love with it now. It was $6 at a church rummage sale. YES.

Alright, so every time outfit photos are taken we all know that there are hilarious outtakes that you are keeping from us. I decided to share my outtakes because I was laughing so hard when I was selecting photos for the original outfit post.

I have horrible balance (That's why skateboarding never worked out for me when I was a cool skater kid in 8th grade).

Rummage With Me

I thought I'd share more of my rummaging endeavors from the past week. I always love to look through all the fabric at thrift stores even though I am terrible at sewing. 

There were these creepy dolls that I could not just walk past.

Isn't this lamp awesome?! It has a shelf on it! There were two, one green and one yellow. I wanted them so bad, but I have no room for more furniture at the time.

My brother likes garage sailing too. We usually go on Saturdays as a family.

Wow! I haven't done an outfit post in forever! In fact, this is the last outfit post I did and sooooo much has changed.

I thrifted this dress about a week ago, and shared a sneak peek of it in my Recent Thrift Scores post. I wanted it back when I saw it at Target, but I didn't think I would wear it because of how colorful it is. Now, I think it is the perfect spring dress! I am so glad I found it at a Thrift Store!


About half way through taking these outfit photos, the strap on my purse broke and it went flying into a puddle. Luckily, none of my stuff got wet. I am going to have to sew that back.
