On Monday my sister, boyfriend, friend, and myself headed out for Chicago. We went from being super intimidated by the bus system, to being pros in a matter of three days.

The Art Institute of Chicago was fabulous. I saw so many paintings I thought I'd never see in real life. It really is different to view art in person than on a computer screen.

I thought this was the coolest thing. You can sort of "rent: bicycles. You just pay for the amount of time you want to use it, then return it.

This guy was totally weird. He was a rollerblading super hero lizard direction man. You give him money, then he answers any directional questions you may have. Creative...

I was really excited to be off of the bus and walking around.

The Bean! I never thought a huge glass lima bean would be so cool.

Rothko for life.

I really can't wait to go on another trip to Chicago! There is so much to see that I feel like it takes multiple trips to see it all. I will share more photos in another post soon!
Xo Chloe.
Have you ever been to Chicago? What was your favorite part?

The rollerblading lizard man looked awesome!
The bean looks really cool from that angle!
I once went on a trip with my {now ex) boyfriend to stay with his grandmother. Highlights included Lincoln Park Zoo, Rotofugi and Threadless.
I'm definitely all about that rollerblading lizard man, though!
