Field Trip: Printing Press

In my graphic design class, we went to a printing press in a nearby city to learn about how printing was done back in the day. It was super interesting and there were so many things to look at. I snapped a few photos to share.

We each got to print our own version of that yellow poster/flyer there. It was really hard to turn the wheel because there was so much pressure.


Aren't these stamps so cool? There were things like this lying around everywhere.


This is the machine we printed the poster on. All the equipment looked so cool.
