This coffee shop was sooo cool, it was pretty hipster..but not in the way that makes you feel like you don't belong.Does that make sense? I got a chai tea latte and it was delicious. I definitely want to go back some time.

Review: Lush

The Sakura bath bomb has a pretty floral scent to it. I really liked the way it smelled, but I think I might have been allergic to something in it. My skin felt a little irritated afterwards. I don't think I will be buying this one again.


I LOVE Fizz Banger! This one smells very citrus-y. It is definitely a bath bomb for the morning time, because it wakes you up. My skin felt so energized after soaking for about a half hour.

 This little guy smells pretty good. It has a scent that is unisex. That may not sound good to you, but I think it is a good thing. I don't mean that it smells like man though. I love that this is called a bubbleroon, like a macaroon. I used half in my bath and it gave off a decent amount of bubbles. I couldn't build bubble castles with it though.

Stuff I Luff #81

After seeing this shop filled with tortoise cozies, I think I might just need a tortoise.


I still haven't gotten my hands on one of The Mason Bar Company's amazing travel sets.

I am in love with the packaging of this perfume! I wonder if it smells as pretty as it looks.

This self reliant aquarium is so cool! The plants grow on top and keep the water clean and the fish eats the plants.

What's inside: August Glam Bag

Well, after cancelling my ipsy subscription forever ago, I'm back on board! I couldn't stay away. Especially since my friend Michal just signed up.


So first off, I am not too crazy about the pouch it came in. Orange is not really my thang. I do like that it is plastic and not cloth, though.

Products
+Jersey Shore Mongongo lip conditioner- I am super picky about chapsticks and lip balms, but I actually do really like this one. It smells amazing and it melts really nice on your lips.
+Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Eyeliner-I love this eyeliner! I am used to liquid pens so this is pretty new for me, but I really love it. The color is a perfect shade of purple.
+Manna Kadar Sheer Glo- I am so not interested in this sort of thing. I tried adding it to my foundation and I don't think it actually did anything. I am going to give it another shot but I hope I do not get more highlighter products like this.
+Klorane Dry Shampoo- I have had this dry shampoo in the past and I remember liking it. I have yet to use any of this can but I am saving it for a greasy hair day.

Overall, I liked this Glambag. I am really excited to see what comes in my next one. Especially since I retook my beauty quiz and I rated each item. Supposedly if you do that they will send items that are more suitable for you. We shall see.

Outfit: Tennis Courts

Derek had the idea to take photos at his old high school. I've never taken outfit photos at a tennis court before....thought i'd shake things up a bit.

This purse is so weird, it is layered so that when you unbutton it it has different sections to put your stuff in.

This dress feels like swimsuit material. I think I like it though, it doesn't blow up as much in the wind. It is a more stiff, structured material.

First off, this photo is adorable. Second, matching swimsuits are the best, especially when they have cats on them.  I always wish that little kid's clothes came in my size.

This ring is sooo pretty! I love the double band.

This shark week soap from Lush smells AMAZING. Too bad it is sold out online...I gotta get to a store fast before it is sold out completely.

I love the elephant print on these dresses. Next to each other, they look very patriotic.

Outfit: The Pongo Dress

Derek and I headed to Detroit the other day to change his major and wander around a bit. The campus is so pretty. I can't wait to see what it looks like in the fall.

If you get the chance to snag this dress from Forever 21 before it disappears...do it! It is made so well and is so flattering. Plus, it has some stretch so it is suuuuper comfy.


7eleven iced coffees are my jam. I like to mix the two flavors. If you don't like icky sweet iced coffee, then stay away.

Hey there cute readers of Chloe's blog! I am Precious of Ensemble Deux! Here are some photos of a fun day walking around the neighborhood. I absolutely love thrifting and finding treasures for a low price! I promised my readers that I would share with them my thrifting secrets. 

Here's a few tips for finding yourself the perfect piece:

1. Have lots of time and patience.

2. Have a plan of what you are looking for.

3. Start from one area and work your way through the store in an orderly fashion. 

4. Keep an open mind. Sometimes something may look a certain way on the hanger but differently on you. 

5. Don't just limit yourself to the women's section. Sometimes the little girls or boys section may have treasures.

Whatever you do take your time and have fun! That has always worked for me!
