Fruit and chai go extremely well together, especially in a smoothie!
1 cup of Chai concentrate
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
A couple handfuls of frozen fruit(real fruit would be better!)
There you go, a healthy, mood boosting snack for any time of the day! The caffeine in the chai would be perfect to jump start your day!
