I was rummaging through my closet and I found some photos from my childhood. I thought it would be neat to share them with everyone.
My dad and I catching Minnows in the lake where our family owns property.
My dad and I picking flowers like hippies.
This was at a festival, I was letting a balloon go for John Lennon. There were monks at the festival, there is another picture somewhere of me standing with them flashing the peace sign.
So I noticed a common trend among these pictures and many more I found: floral, the outdoors, and my dad. Those three things mattered a lot to me when I was young, and it is so funny that after all of my silly phases, I am the exact same as I was.
What are your childhood pictures like? Are you the same person as you were?

I love this post. I really love the picture of you letting a balloon go for John Lennon...
We were just Skyping with my parents over the weekend, and they got out all their old Beatles albums to show my husband. I grew up with them, but he was pretty impressed they had the original Let It Be, White Album, Abbey Road, and Sgt. Pepper's!
Childhood pictures are so fun to go back and look at! I hope I'm somewhat the same girl now as I was back then too!
Aw, such a sweet post. The photos of you and your dad are just too cute. And the last one of you letting the balloon go for John Lennon made me smile. I was a little princess in all of my childhood photos - always dressed up in pink dresses and crazy jewelry. I don't wear nearly as much pink, or jewelry for that matter, but I do wear dresses almost daily still.
These are so adorable! I love the second one. I'm still addicted to dresses like I was when I was little, and flowers, too!
