New Camera News

Yes, you heard that right. I got a nice camera, finally! My mom and I put our money together and I got a Canon T3. I really like it. I looked up reviews before buying it and it seemed like a good beginner camera. I have yet to sit down and read the manual thoroughly and really learn how to work it, but I have taken quite a few pictures. The pictures already look much better than the ones from my old camera.

You might be able to see (if you look closely) that I am wearing a hat. I'm not sure if I mentioned this on here, since I have not been posting much, but I am growing my hair out a bit. It looks absolutely ridiculous right now because I had one side cut a lot shorter than the other. I did not think about how frustrating it would be to grow out an asymmetrical cut when I did it. Gah, hats forever.

I bought my first record for my new record player I got for my birthday. I love it so much. Vinyls just sound so wonderful. I also bought those boots because all of my boots soak my toes. I needed some nice ones for this next semester. The college campus can be awful to walk around if you do not have appropriate attire. 

My sister and I went shopping, hopefully she doesn't kill me for this picture. Isn't she so cute? I think she is just the prettiest girl. (And she said her hair didn't look good that day! Can you believe that?!)
